The bumbling idiot takes the stage
His barbaric yawp shearing every page
Screeching a pseudo-prophetic song,
Yet dubbing himself a sage.
He cages creativity
Disregarding it as one’s proclivity
Questions of literary compassion
Bombard this activity
He ignorantly molds in his hand
The intangible concepts he cannot understand.
No other input is desired
Your scholars are banned

Holding My Colour"Holding My Colour"*Holding My Colour
How can I hold my colour as I watch it turn to gray?
A world demanding abstraction
And discourages distraction
Pushes me away.
A divine plan is suggested for me to change
He said to give me structure
You misstep him, causing our bond to rupture
My thoughts rearrange.
How can I hold my colour if you wake me from my dream?
I need to be drifting through imagination
Undeterred by your indignation
And haunting scream.
